We are looking for a Market President to lead our team!

POSITION: General Manager Retail

EXPERIENCE:
Home Improvement Management Experience is a MUST in the Window/Home Improvement Industry! 

QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-10 years of Management Experience in the Home Improvement/Window Industry
• Experience with Managing all aspects of a Home Improvement company including sales, and the installation of windows and doors
• You MUST be able to manage hiring, training, and installation on a regional basis 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage hiring, training, and installation departments regionally
• Conduct weekly meetings
• Develop weekly/monthly & quarterly reports
• Create Quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting to Grow our Sales
