The National Sales Trainer is responsible for supporting all aspects of recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of Factory Sales Representatives for NewSouth Window Solutions. The National Sales Trainer will work closely with Senior Leadership to meet or exceed established goals within the company. Focus areas will include meeting and/or exceeding recruiting and onboarding and training of new sales personnel, revenue and sales targets, quality customer experience metrics, etc.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of our organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to make sound decisions with limited supervision.
Ability to deal effectively with diverse types of people.
