• This is a full time Manager Position responsible for Scheduling, directing and executing the Service team of technicians for maximum performance of Job & Service completions. • Working in coordination with the Warehouse manager for the Deliveries and Quality control of materials. • Training all new hires and existing Technicians • Monitoring Payroll, hours for Techs. • Scheduling all the Services • Scheduling of all In-Progress and Final Inspections • Scheduling and routing for Technicians • Monitoring product for accuracy and/or defects. • Creating RMA’s • Working hand in hand with Production Dept. on new services and completing installations. • Ordering service parts through the Fenevision Web Module
